You are permitted to create only one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts, using false identity information, or allowing third parties to use your Account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow others to access your Account. You agree to notify kas77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. kas77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Each person may maintain only one kas77 account. Multiple accounts are prohibited

kas77 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Bank transfers typically have a minimum deposit of Rp 50.000 and maximum of Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. E-wallet deposits generally have a minimum of Rp 25.000 and maximum of Rp 10.000.000 per transaction. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits through major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited instantly during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation. If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 30 minutes, contact kas77 customer support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. kas77 reserves the right to void any bets placed with third-party funds and return the deposited amount to the original source.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification completion. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-4 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Larger withdrawals exceeding Rp 25.000.000 may require additional security verification and take up to 24 hours to process.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your account status: standard accounts can withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day, while VIP accounts may have higher limits. kas77 reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security purposes.
You may not withdraw funds until you have completed KYC verification and met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if kas77 suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, kas77 will conduct an investigation before approving or denying the withdrawal request.
kas77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees imposed by financial institutions or payment processors.
All financial transactions must be conducted using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in transaction rejection and potential account suspension. kas77 implements these policies to prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized account access.
kas77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. These specific terms are provided with each promotional offer and form an integral part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds are separate from cash funds and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with 3x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling three times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility.
kas77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinating with other users to abuse promotions, using arbitrage betting strategies, or any pattern of play primarily intended to exploit bonuses rather than engage in genuine gaming entertainment.
All Users must engage in fair and honest gaming conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, bet voidance, and fund confiscation:
kas77 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on all Gaming Products. These limits may vary by game type, event, market, and individual User account status. We reserve the right to refuse any bet, limit bet amounts, or restrict access to specific markets at our discretion.
All bet results are determined based on official sources and governing body announcements. In sports betting, results are settled based on official league or competition announcements. In the event of disputes, kas77's decision regarding result interpretation and bet settlement is final and binding. Bets on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events are governed by specific sport and market rules available on our platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal gaming purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kas77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if kas77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kas77 is not responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect platform availability or gaming experience. In no event shall kas77's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to liability.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of kas77 services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek amicable resolution. kas77 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support channels, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a mutually acceptable settlement.
Any disputes that remain unresolved after exhausting internal resolution procedures shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kas77 is licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal disputes.
kas77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify you via email, platform notification, or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of kas77 services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services and may request account closure with withdrawal of remaining balance.
